These terms cover the Casaluz Kids app, published by Fisk LLC.

What you get

A licence to use Casaluz on devices you own, for personal, non-commercial use. The app, its words, illustrations, recordings and lessons remain the property of Fisk LLC.

What it is

Casaluz Kids is a learning app for children. It teaches Mexican Spanish vocabulary and early reading. It is not a certified curriculum, and it does not replace a teacher or a school.

What we don't promise

The app is provided as-is. We have checked every word, picture and recording by hand, but we do not warrant that it is free of errors. If you find one, please tell us — we would rather know.

Purchases

Any purchase is handled by Apple or Google, under their terms, and refunds are theirs to give. There are no subscriptions.

Changes

If these terms change materially, the date at the top of this page changes with them.
